Hi to everyone who was here, and to all the new folks who've come around in the past week or so! You can just call me Coffee... it is the noun half of my name anyway. It likely comes as no surprise, but I like drawing cute girls and little hairy gremlins. Sometimes, the art is both! I call the little guys "Viika" (which is both singular and plural), if you're curious. They originate from a comic I was working on at one point in time, but I'm trying to switch gears into making games. I play a lot of D&D too, so I draw my characters from time to time as well.

I'm pretty introverted, so I tend to keep to myself a lot of the time. But I hope that doesn't deter you from saying hi! I've got my hands full with a few projects at the moment, but I'll be sure to share my art when it rolls off the line.

I thought about doing something for a three-year anniversary of joining the site, but the time came and went and I did nothing lol.

I'm still making art, but I'm struggling with getting it to that level of """quality""" that I like. I've mostly been studying things and doing the boring stuff to help improve my art. It's... well, it's a thing that's happening I guess. The more mature-oriented stuff is still pretty rough and needs significant work before I can start showing it off.

But, it has been a couple weeks since I posted anything. So, I leave you with this doodle of Wendi, my Small cleric in our current D&D campaign. She's been on my mind cuz her backstory stuff is starting to come up in the game.

It sure is January again. 2023 was the year I started to experiment with mature art, and I think 2024 will have more. I'm trying to find my artistic identity and expression, I guess. And with recent events in my personal life, I've been feeling a little extra saucy lol.

Last year was not a good year for me. I don't know if I expect 2024 to be any better. The current year is just a number, after all. I'm still going to try a little harder to make it better for myself, and I hope you all find a way to make it good for yourself too.

I went to work dressed as a Rocket Grunt for Halloween this year. Drew this the night of, but didn't feel like posting it until now I guess.

Those Rocket ladies are cute tho.

I put together a new header for October (finally) that might stick around a bit longer. Ghosts are pretty rad.

The crop for it is kinda awkward and I don't really do layout stuff so much. Also keeping it out of my main art cuz it's been filtered to hell and back lol. Anyway.
